【摘要】 目的:总结4年中种植的301颗义齿的临床经验,探讨手术并发症发生的原因。方法:2003年—2006年共种植301颗种植义齿,参考国内外的先进方法,术前进行放射线精确测量,掌握解剖位置关系,制作外科手术模板,术中进行规范化操作。结果:301颗种植义齿,4颗种植义齿出现手术并发症,成功率98%。结论:通过以上综合手段,提高了种植义齿手术的成功率,有效地减少了并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To suomarize clinical data of 301 implant denture in recent 4 years,and to Investigate the way of decreasing op- eration complication.Methods:Clinial data of 301 implant denture from 2003 to 2006 were reviewecl restropectively,the complication rate was analysed.Results:The achievement ratio reach over 98% in 301 implant denture.Among them,only 4 patients happened complication.Conclusion:Radioactive ray precision measurement,mastering the relationship of anatomical position;making surgical template,standardizing operation are the keys of success and the referring above has great importance in preventing complication.更多还原
