【摘要】 目的观察替硝唑药膜治疗急性冠周炎的临床疗效。方法随机将急性冠周炎患者124例(124颗牙)分为两组。治疗组:68例(68颗牙),将患牙盲袋用生理盐水与3%双氧水交替冲洗、拭干,将替硝唑药膜置入盲袋内1~2片。对照组:56例(56颗牙),用探针将2%碘甘油置入盲袋内1~2滴。两组治疗均为1次/d,观察1~5 d局部用药的疗效。结果治疗组68例中,痊愈20例,显效33例,有效15例,总有效率为100%。对照组56例中,显效10例,有效30例,无效16例,总有效率为71.3%。两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论替硝唑局部治疗急性冠周炎效果显著,明显优于传统的碘甘油治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effects of self-developed tinidazole medical membrane in treating acute pericoronitis.Methods 124 cases of affected teeth were divided into two groups.68 cases formed the treatment group and 56 cases formed the contrast group.The treatment group was treated by using normal saline in blind sacs and 3% hydrogen dioxide solution to wash and then dry the affected teeth alternatively.Then,one or two tablets of the medical membrane of the self-designed were p tinidazole laced in the blind sacs.The contrast group was treated by using one or two drops of iodine glycerin in the blind sacs through the needle probe.Both groups were treated once a day.The curative effects on the local position were observed for 1-5 days.Results In the treatment group,20 cases recovered,33 cases got obvious effect,and 15 cases got some effect,with the total effective rate being 100%.In the contrast group,10 cases got obvious effect,30 cases got some effect,and 16 cases got effect at all,with the total effective rate being 71.3%.There existed significant difference in the curative effects between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The self-designed can have tinidazole better curative effects on acute pericoronitis than the routine therapy.更多还原
