【摘要】 目的:随着孕周增加观察孕妇体内血清抗体滴度动态变化。方法:对122例O型孕妇用凝胶法检测血清抗体效价。结果:血清抗体首次检测37例(30.3%)IgG抗A(B)效价≥128,其中23例(18.8%)IgG抗A(B)效价≥256;末次检测29例(23.8%)IgG抗A(B)效价≥128,其中16例(13..1%)IgG抗A(B)效价≥256。14例抗体滴度不同程度升高,38例抗体滴度不同程度降低。结论:血清学检查针对预防新生儿溶血病是一项十分必要的检测手段,而孕妇体内血清抗体的动态观察更有利于临床早期诊断,早期预防和早期治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the dynamic changes of the titers of ABO serum antibody in pregnant woman with the increase of gestational weeks. Methods:The titers of ABO serum antibody of 122 pregnant women with O blood group were detected by gel test. Results:In the first detection, lgG anti A(B) titer of 37 cases(30.3%) was ≥128, including 23 cases(18.8%) which lgG anti A(B) titer was ≥256. In the last detection, lgG anti A(B) titer of 29 cases(23.8%) was ≥128,including 16 cases(13.1%) which lgG anti A(B) titer was ≥256. There were 14 cases which antibody titers increased in various degree and 38 cases which antibody titers decreased in various degree. Conclusion:It is a very essential detection method of serologic examination aimed at preventing HDN. The dynamic observation of ABO serum antibody in pregnant woman will be conducive to early diagnosis, early prevention and early treatment in clinic.更多还原
