异丙酚与芬太尼复合麻醉在胃镜检查中的应用评价

【摘要】 目的观察异丙酚与芬太尼复合麻醉在胃镜检查中的应用效果和安全性。方法220例病人被分为观察组和对照组。观察组先给芬太尼1.5~2μg/kg静脉注射,再缓慢静脉注射异丙酚1.0~1.5mg/kg,Ramsay分级达4~5级后开始进镜检查,如有体动追加异丙酚0.5mg/kg。对照组进镜前口服2%利多卡因胶浆。结果观察组病人检查时不良反应发生率3.6%,术后不适感1.8%,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组检查时间短,检查中及检查后生命体征平稳。结论应用异丙酚、芬太尼复合麻醉进行胃镜检查不良反应少,安全有效。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect and safety of combined anesthesia with propofol and fentanyl in gastroscopic procedures.Methods 220 patients were divided into the experimental group(n=110) and the control group(n=110).The experimental group was intravenously given fentanyl(1.5~2 μg/kg) and propofol(1.0~1.5 mg/kg).If the patients reached class Ⅳ-Ⅴ of Ramsay score,we inserted the gastroscope.More propofol was given(0.5 mg/kg) if patients presented movement.The control group was given throat local anaesthesia by 2% lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage before normal gastroscopy.Results The incidence of side effects in the experimental group during gastroscopy was 3.6% and the incidence of discomfort after gastroscopy was 1.8%,which were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).The operative duration in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the vital signs were stable during and after gastroscopy(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of combined anesthesia with propofol and fentanil in gastrocopy is comfortable,safe and effective.
