不稳定型心绞痛患者血小板反应素-1基因G1678A多态性分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨血小板反应素-1(TSP-1)基因G1678A(Ala523Thr)多态性与中国汉族人群不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的关系。方法:应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法,检测110例UAP患者(UAP组)和319例非冠心病者(对照组)的TSP-1G1678A多态性。结果:TSP-1G1678A多态性AA、GA和GG基因型频率在UAP组和对照组的分布差异无统计学意义(AA,46.4%∶40.4%;GA,40.0%∶46.1%;GG,13.6%∶13.5%,均P>0.05)。A等位基因频率在UAP组(66.4%)和对照组(63.5%)分布差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TSP-1基因G1678A多态性与中国汉族人群UAP无显著相关性。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the possible association between the thrombospondin-1(TSP-1)gene G1678A(Ala523Thr)polymorphism and unstable angina pectoris(UAP)in a Chinese Han population.Method:This study was conducted with a case-control design including 110 patients with UAP and 319 age-and sex-matched control subjects who were free from coronary artery disease.The TSP-1 G1678A polymorphism was determined by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis.Result:The frequencies of genotypes of the G1678A polymorphism were not significantly different between patients with UAP and controls(AA:46.4% vs 40.4%,P=0.27;GA:40.0% vs 46.1%,P=0.26;GG:13.6% vs 13.5%,P=0.96).The frequencies of A allele in the UAP group and control group were 66.4% and 63.5%,respectively(P=0.44).Conclusion:The present findings suggest that the TSP-1 gene G1678A polymorphism may be not associated with an increased risk for UAP in the Han population of China.The findings further supplement experimental data for TSP-1 gene study of the coronary disease.
