【摘要】 目的评价中草药制剂抑毒调平液的抗乙肝病毒效果。方法将60例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组各30例,治疗组口服抑毒调平液治疗,对照组口服安慰剂治疗,疗程3mo。于治疗前、治疗3mo末、停药3mo末进行肝功能、HBV-M、HBV-DNA定性检测,并进行对比分析。结果治疗3mo末及停药3mo末,治疗组HBeAg、HBV-DNA阴转率均较治疗前有显著升高(P<0.01),而对照组无明显变化(P>0.05);治疗组血清ALT、AST、TBIL水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01);HBeAg、HBV-DNA阴转率均显著高于对照组、ALT、AST、TBIL水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论抑毒调平液能显著改善慢性乙肝病毒感染者的肝功能,有确切的抗乙肝病毒作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Chinese herbal and crude drugs preparations-virostatic leveling fluid against HB virus on patients infected with hepatitis B virus(HBV). Methods 60 patients with type B hepatitis were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) took orally virostatic leveling fluid and control group(n=30) did placebo for 3 months. Qualitation detections of liver function, HBV-M and HBV-DNA were conducted and compared before treatment, at the ends of the 3rd month treatment and of the 3rd discontinuation. Results At the ends of the 3rd month treatment and of the 3rd discontinuation, HbeAg and HBV-DNA negative conversion rate heightened significantly in the treatment group compared with pre-treatment(P<0.01), there was no significant changes in the control group(P>0.05); serum ALT,AST and TBIL levels significantly lowered in the treatment compared with pre-treatment(P<0.01); negative conversion rate of the HbeAg and HBV-DNA were significantly higher and serum ALT,AST and TBIL levels lower in the treatment than in the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Virostatic leveling fluid can improve liver function of hepatitis B patients and has a exact action against the HBV.更多还原
