【摘要】 目的:观察他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法:给予33例白癜风患者他克莫司软膏,每日2次外用,观察治疗后靶皮损复色情况,并与治疗前进行对比。结果:33例患者共计81处皮损,外用他克莫司软膏1～4个月后有效率为60.49%。2例患者用药后出现轻微瘙痒,2例患者局部出现炎性丘疹,均不影响治疗。结论:外用他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风疗效较好,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the safety and efficacy of topical application of tacrolimus.Methods:A series of 33 pa- tients with vitiligo were treated with a topical immunomodulator,tacrolimus ointment 0.1%,twice daily for 1 to 4 months. They were devoid of any topical or systemic therapy for 2 months prior to inclusion.Results:Forty-nine of 81(60.49%) patches experienced some repigmentation.Eight patches showed complete repigmentation.A slight pruritus was experienced in 2 patients,and inflammatory papules observed in other 2 patients after application of the ointment.Conclusions:Tacrolimus is proved effective to restore skin color in lesions of vitiligo.Because it does not produce atrophy or other adverse effects, tacrolimus may be very useful for sensitive areas of the skin.更多还原
