【Abstract】 A case of cytomegalovirus disease with purpura is reported. A 31-year-old male presented with purpura and papules on his trunk and extremities after suffering from fever and headache for 5 days. The lesions lasted for three weeks. The examination of blood showed that lymphocytosis and thrombocytopenia. Heterophile antibodies were negative and IgM antibody to CMV was positive. The patient was diagnosed as cytomegalovirus disease.更多还原
