【摘要】 报告1例非结核分枝杆菌感染致皮肤慢性溃疡。患者男,19岁。左踝溃疡2年,逐渐扩大,并伴右外踝溃疡2个月。溃疡为无痛性,深达肌层,边界清楚,溃疡边缘有黑褐色色素沉着。皮损组织病理检查:真皮肉芽肿性炎症;抗酸染色(+);溃疡新鲜组织分枝杆菌共同引物PCR扩增阳性。诊断:非结核分枝杆菌感染致皮肤慢性溃疡。采用利福平、克拉霉素、乙胺丁醇及左氧氟沙星治疗1个月余,溃疡缩小并行植皮手术,术后创面愈合良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 We reported a 19-year-old man who suffered from ulcer on the left ankle for 2 years, which was enlarged gradually and was accompanied by right lateral malleolus for 2 months. The ulcers were deep, indolent, with undermined margin. Histopathological examination showed glanulomatous inflammation in dermis, acid-fast bacilli(AFB)scattered and typically arranged in spherules. There was a satisfactory result after more than 1 month of combination treatment of rifampin(RFP), clarithromycin(CTM), ethambutol(EMB) and levofloxacin(LVFX) and surgical skin graft.更多还原
