【摘要】 目的:检测青春期前及青春期隐睾术后者血清抗精子抗体(antisperm antibodies,AsAb),探讨青春期对隐睾术后血清AsAb的影响。方法:抽取青春期前隐睾术后者84人及青春期隐睾术后者92人静脉血,采用抗精子抗体免疫斑点法检测检测AsAb Ig-G,Ig-M水平。结果:两组AsAb的阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:隐睾术后进入青春期者AsAb在血清中阳性率较隐睾术后未进入青春期者显著增高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:We investigated the prevalence of serum antisperm antibodies(AsAb)in some post-orchiopexy cryptorchid boys of pubertal age or prepubertal age,and determined whether it may be influenced by puberty.Methods:We examined serum AsAb in 84 prepubertal and 92 pubertal post-orchiopexy cryptorchid boys respectively.IgG and IgM antisperm antibodies were determined by the immunodotting method.Results:The serum AsAb positive rates in the post-orchiopexy cryptorchid boys of pubertal age were significantly higher than the ones of prepubertal age(P<0.05).Conclusions:Our study indicates that the autoimmune response against sperm antigen in the post-orchiopexy cryptorchid boys may be enhanced in puberty.更多还原
