相对缺血缺氧促进前列腺增生作用的研究

【摘要】 目的:研究相对性缺血缺氧状态是否促进前列腺组织的良性增生。方法:选取青春前期SD雄性大鼠40只,将实验组大鼠前列腺的主要动脉阻断,复制出大鼠前列腺相对性缺血缺氧状态,对照组为假手术组。HE染色观察前列腺组织增生等病理变化;采用斑点杂交技术和免疫组化方法检测40只大鼠前列腺组织中Caspase-3的表达;测定每只大鼠前列腺指数PI值。将两组结果分别进行比较分析。结果:相对缺血缺氧组大鼠前列腺组织,病理切片观察呈增生性改变,正常组无明显增生改变,前列腺组织中Caspase-3的表达低于正常组前列腺组织中Caspase-3的表达,前列腺组织PI值大于正常组大鼠前列腺组织PI值,二者比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:相对性缺血缺氧状态可以促进前列腺组织的增生,相对缺血缺氧在促进前列腺良性增生方面发挥了重要作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study there are benign prostatic hyperplasia when prostate partly lack blood and hypoxia.Methods:Prostate primary artery of twenty rats been severed to make relatival prostate hypoxia before rats are in adolescence.another group of rats are nature.Caspase-3 expressions were examined by RNA dot blot hybridization and immunohistochemical staining in prostate tissues from 40 rats.To compute PI of every prostate.Contrasting results between two groups.Results:The level of Caspase-3 content is lower in group of partly lacking blood hypoxia than group of nature.PI is higher in group of partly lacking blood hypoxia than group of nature.They have statistical significance between two groups.Conclusions:It’s powerer that partly lacking blood hypoxia to promote prostatic hyperplasia.It’s show that partly lacking blood hypoxia may be important in course of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
