【摘要】 目的:对IPS EmpressⅡ铸瓷全冠的近期修复效果进行观察与评价。方法:共选取32例,50个IPS Em-pressⅡ铸瓷全冠修复体,修复后1周复诊,记录患者满意度,3～12个月后按照美国公共健康协会的修正标准进行修复体评估。结果:总满意率达91%,有90%的修复体的颜色、形态、边缘着色、继发龋、边缘密合度各项检查均达到标准A级。结论:IPS EmpressⅡ铸瓷全冠修复体可获得理想的美学效果和边缘适应性,具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study and evaluate the restorative effects of IPS EmpressⅡ ceramic crowns in short term.Method:Thirty -two patients with 50 restorations were involved in the study .The satisfactory degree of patients was investigated one week after restoration,and the restorative effects were evaluated 3～12 weeks after clinical service. Result:91% patients were satisfied with their restorations and 90 % restorations scored A in color,shape,margin color,second caries and margin sealing. Conclusion:Ideal clinical performance of IPS EmpressⅡ ceramic crowns could be found in the aesthetics and margin fitness,and IPS EmpressⅡ ceramic crowns would be widely used in the clinical dental restoration.更多还原
