【摘要】 目的:探讨服刑犯人的服刑能力鉴定。方法:采用自编服刑能力调查表对309例疑似精神病患者的服刑犯人服刑能力司法精神医学鉴定进行调查。结果:无服刑能力者占57.9%,有服刑能力者占42.1%。其中有精神疾病者占65.4%,无精神疾病及人格障碍者占34.6%。结论:应注意服刑人员的精神卫生和科学管理精神病犯非常重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the appraisal of competency in serving sentences in prisoners.Method:The data of 309 prisoners with possible mental health problems were collected by self-edit questionnaire about their competency in serving sentences and then analyzed.Results:The incidence of lacking of competency and having competency in serving sentences was 57.9% and 42.1% respectively.There were 65.4% prisoners with mental disorders and 34.6% prisoners without psychiatry or with personality disorders.Conclusion:It is very important for the prisoners with mental disorders to pay more attention to the prisoners’ mental health and take scientific management.更多还原
