【摘要】 目的:调查中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版(CCMD-3)临床使用情况。方法:对广慈医院2006年精神科全部出院病例1070例精神障碍诊断按照CCMD-3进行分析。结果:1070例的CCMD-3使用率为77.9%;未使用CCMD-3者中有68.2%继续使用CCMD-2-R的诊断标准。结论:CCMD-3临床使用率偏低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical use for Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders in China-Third Edition(CCMD-3).Method:The diagnoses of all inpatients in psychiatric department of Guangci hospital in 2006 were analyzed by CCMD-3.Results:The use rate of CCMD-3 was 77.9%.Among those diagnoses not according as CCMD-3,68.2% ones were diagnosed by CCMD-2-R.Conclusion:The clinical use rate of CCMD-3 is somewhat lower.更多还原
