【摘要】 目的探讨双侧钢板内固定治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法采用双侧钢板内固定治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折38例,有骨缺损的充分植骨。结果随访6个月～3年。所有病例均达到骨性愈合,参照Flynn功能评定标准:优18例,良15例,中5例,无差病例。发生骨化性肌炎1例,切口感染、皮瓣坏死2例。结论双侧钢板治疗肱骨远端粉碎骨折是简单有效的方法,应尽早进行手术。术后引流通畅,尽早进行患肢功能锻炼,可明显改善疗效,减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the clinical results of bilateral plate fixation for the treatment of adult distal humerus comminuted fractures.Methods Bilateral plate fixation were used for adult distal humerus comminuted fracture of 38 cases,and bonegraft was carried out of bone defect was presented.Results All cases were followed up for 6~36 months.All got bone healing.According to Flynn’s assessing standard,the results were excellent in 18 cases,good in 15 and fair in 5.Myositis ossificans occurred in 1 case,and incision infection and flap necrosis were found in 2.Conclusions Bilateral plate fixation for the treatment of comminuted fractures of the distal humerus adult is a simple and effective method with early surgery,drainage,as well physically functional exercise,which can significantly improve the results and reduce complications.更多还原
