【摘要】 目的分析使用椎弓根螺钉内固定并后外侧融合治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症的适应证与近期临床效果。方法对102例≥60岁老年腰椎间盘突出症患者行开窗髓核摘除减压,经椎弓根植入椎弓根螺钉,并行后外侧融合。结果102例均获随访,时间6～41个月,根据Macnab评价标准:优78例,良19例,可5例,优良率为95.1%。结论椎弓根螺钉内固定并后外侧融合治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全、近期疗效满意的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the indication and the short term clinical effect of the spinal pedicle screw fixation system in the treatment of the elderly lumbar disc herniation.Methods 102 elder(age≥60 years)patients with lumbar disc herniation were underwent posterior decompression,implantation with the pedicle spinal screw fixation system and posterolateral fusion.Results All patients were followed up ranged from 6 to 41 months.According to the Macnad outcome criteria,the outcomes were excellent in 78 cases,good in 19,fair in 5 cases,and the excellent and good rate was 95.1%.Conclusions It is a safe and effective treatment for the elder lumbar disc herniation to implant the pedicle spinal screw fixation system and perform posterolateral fusion after decompression.更多还原
