【摘要】 目的探讨鼻咽纤维血管瘤(JNA)术前栓塞的价值。资料与方法回顾性分析21例病理证实的JNA患者的诊治情况,其中6例术前行供血动脉栓塞术。结果JNA栓塞后再行切除者,平均出血量、输血量均少于未行栓塞者,其中对于Ⅰ~Ⅲ期者先栓塞后行内镜切除者出血、输血量及手术时间明显减少。结论JNA术前栓塞疗效确切,对于Ⅰ~Ⅲ期者行栓塞术后再行内镜直视下切除效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the clinic value of preoperative embolization for nasopharyngeal angiofibroma. Materials and Methods 21 patients with nasopharyngeal angiofibroma confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. 6 cases were embolized before operation. Results The average blood loss and blood transfusion volume by embolization was less than that by non-embolization before resection, and the average blood loss and blood transfusion volume was much less in the cases classified Ⅰ～Ⅲ with embolization and endoscopic excision. Conclusion The effect of preoperative embolization for Juvenile nasopharyngeal angiobroma is definite, lesions to be classified I～III, embolization followed endoscopic excision will have great advantages.更多还原
