【摘要】 目的提高对弥漫型细支气管肺泡癌的认识。方法报道1例弥漫型细支气管肺泡癌并进行文献复习。结果弥漫型细支气管肺泡癌少见,临床表现为进行性胸闷、气促、呼吸困难。影像学上为弥漫分布,但表现多样。结论弥漫型细支气管肺泡癌临床无典型性,影像学表现多样,极易误诊为其它肺内疾病,治疗上以化疗及分子靶向药物治疗为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the understanding of the clinical features and diagnostic value of diffuse bronchi-oloalveolar carcinoma.Methods By case-study method and literature review,clinical features,appearance of imaging,methods of diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of pulmonary diffuse bronchi-oloalveolar carcinoma were discussed in details in the present study.Results Diffuse bronchi-oloalveolar carcinoma was a rare NSCLC.Progressing chest distress,breathlessness and cough was the major symptoms of the disease.In imaging appearances,the focus was diffuse,but the appearances were of diversity.Conclusion Diffuse bronchi-oloalveolar carcinoma is a rare malignant lung tumor.It is often misdiagnosed as other pulmonary disease.The major treatment methods are chemotherapy and molecule targeted drugs.更多还原
