【摘要】 目的分析我院ICU患者深部真菌感染的危险因素,并探讨其控制对策。方法对我院ICU近2年确诊的52例深部真菌感染患者的临床资料进行分析。结果发现深部真菌感染仍好发于肺部,其次为泌尿道,胃肠道居第三位。危险因素导致深部真菌感染机会增加。结论ICU患者深部真菌感染的发病率较高,应减少或避免可能导致真菌感染的各种危险因素,积极采取有效的防范措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the risk factors of deep fungal infection in ICU-cared patients of our hospital,and discuss the strategy of this disease control.Methods 52 patients in ICU who were diagnosed as deep fungal infection in the last 2 years were analyzed.Results The most common infection site was lung,followed by urethra and gastroenteric tract.Risk factors increased the chance of deep fungal infection.Conclusion The incidence of deep fungal infection in ICU is high.So to reduce and avoid these risk factors,we must take some effective control measures.更多还原
