【摘要】 目的:探讨健康儿童与成人鼻腔中鼻道细菌分布是否存在差异。方法:自健康儿童、青少年及成人鼻腔中鼻道取棉拭子标本进行需氧菌培养。结果:40例健康儿童鼻腔中鼻道培养出棒状杆菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、革兰阴性奈瑟菌、α-溶血性链球菌及革兰阴性杆菌6种细菌,细菌培养阳性率为80.0%;40例健康青少年及56例健康成人鼻腔中鼻道培养出棒状杆菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌3种细菌,其细菌培养阳性率分别为90.0%和92.9%。结论:健康儿童与成人及青少年鼻腔中鼻道细菌分布存在明显差异,健康青少年与成人鼻腔中鼻道细菌分布差异无统计学意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study whether there are differences in the bacteria distribution from the nasal cavity of the healthy children,teenagers and adults Method:The cotton swab specimens were taken from the nasal cavity of the healthy children,teenagers and adults for aerobic culturetraining.Result:Corynebacterium,coagulase-negative staphylococci,Staphylococcus aureus,Gram-negative Neisseria,α-hemolytic streptococcus and gram-negative bacillus with,six species of bacteria in total,were cultivated from the nasal cavity of 40 healthy children.The positive rate of bacterial culture was 80.0%;Corynebacterium,coagulase-negative staphylococci and Staphylococcus aureus were cultivated from the nasal cavity of 40 healthy teenagers and 56 healthy adults with the positive rate of bacterial culture was 90.0% from the healthy teenagers group and was 92.9% from the healthy adults group.Conclusion:There were obvious difference between the nasal cavity of the healthy children and adults with no obvious difference between the bacteria distribution from the nasal cavity of healthy teenagers and adults.更多还原
