【摘要】 目的探讨肾脏良恶性肿瘤的超声造影特征。方法对95例常规超声诊断为肾脏占位病变或可疑肾脏占位病变的患者,进行声诺维超声造影检查,将其结果与病理结果对比。结果95例肾脏良恶性肿瘤造影时相、造影增强模式有一定特点,肾透明细胞癌多表现为快速增强、快速减退;肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤多表现为延迟增强、延迟减退。结论超声造影对鉴别肾脏肿瘤良恶性有一定价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of real-time contrast-enhanced sonographic imaging in the diagnosis of benign and malignant kidney lesions.Methods Ninety-five patients with renal masses or suspected renal masses by routine ultrasound underwent real-time gray-scale contrast-enhanced sonographic imaging using SonoVue.The results were compared with pathologic results.Results There were different changes in the enhancement time and patterns of real-time contrast-enhanced sonographic imaging in various renal masses.Renal clear cell carcinoma presented typically with early arterial enhancement and followed with rapid washout.Otherwise,renal angiomyolipoma presented with delayed enhancement and slow washout.Conclusion Real-time contrast-enhanced sonographic imaging is valuable in differential diagnosis of renal benign and malignant lesions.更多还原
