【摘要】 目的了解中老年左心瓣膜钙化在本市人群中的患病情况及其临床意义。方法回顾分析2016例50岁以上无心脏瓣膜疾病的人群中超声心动图资料。结果检出左心瓣膜钙化病252例(12.5%),其中女性81例,男性171例,随年龄增长而增加,且主动脉瓣受累率增高,临床中常合并高血压(30.2%)、冠心病(16.7%)、糖尿病(19%)及高脂血症(22.2%)。结论性别、年龄、高血压、冠心病、糖尿病及高血脂症等原因与左心瓣膜钙化有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the prevalence and clinical significance of left heart valve calcification in the elderly and middle-aged in the Yinchuan city.Methods Echocardiographic data was used in a retrospective study of 2016 cases over 50 years old who had no valve heart disease.Results Two hundred and fifty-two cases(12.5%)were found with left heart valve calcification,among which 81 cases were females,and 171 were males,With the growth of the age,the aortic involvement rate was increased.The cases with left heart valve calcification were often complicated with hypertension(30.3%),coronary heart disease(16.7%),diabetes(19%),and hypercholesterolemia(22.2%).Conclusion The sex,age,hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetes,and hypercholesterolemia all have a close relationship with left cardiac valve calcification in the elderly and middle-aged.更多还原
