外水套对电磁软接触结晶器内部磁场影响的模拟研究
Numerical simulation of influence of water jacket of soft-contact mold on the distribution of magnetic field
【摘要】 通过有限元法三维数值模拟,研究了电磁软接触结晶器口部外水套对圆坯电磁软接触结晶器内部磁场的影响规律。结果表明,对于上通体切缝结晶器而言,结晶器口部外水套对其内部磁场分布的影响明显;随着切缝初始位置的下移,外水套对结晶器内部磁场的影响越来越小。当切缝的初始位置保持不变时,外水套的影响作用随着感应线圈内电流的增大而增大。
【Abstract】 The distribution of magnetic field in electromagnetic soft-contact mold with water jacket was analyzed through 3-D FEM numerical simulation method.The results show that the water jacket which is placed on top of the mold has much influence on the distribution of magnetic field according to up-open-slit mold.With downwards of initial position of slit,the influence of water jacket will decrease.The influence of water jacket will obviously with the increase of current of induction coil at the same initial position of slit.
