【Abstract】 A new analytical framework and method for the knowledge transfer in an organization is put forward.First,the concept and analytical framework for the successful knowledge transfer is proposed,and then,the concept of the knowledge transfer level and knowledge transfer efficiency is given.The knowledge transfer level and efficiency from different dimensions are also classified and discussed.Based on the above analyses,mathematical models of the knowledge transfer are constructed and computational formulae for the knowledge transfer level and efficiency are presented.更多还原
