教师工作压力的发生机制及防御策略
A brief survey on occuring machanism & coping stratergy Of teacher’s occupational stress
【摘要】 就教师工作压力的内涵、教师工作压力的压力源以及压力的发生机制予以分析,并提出教师工作压力的防御策略。
【Abstract】 This article give a throughout clarification on definition、sources and mechanism about occupational stress of teacher,then give a method to overcome this question.
