【Abstract】 From complex adaptive systems theory perspective, this article re-describes the project economic evaluation system impersonally and roundly, and also offers a CAS-based project economic evaluation model. In the model, project information is classified into known information, risk information and also uncertain information, and the project is synthetically evaluated in this three dimensions.
