【Abstract】 Using appropriate control modes to promote knowledge transfer efficiently in strategy alliance,is crucial to strategy alliances’ stability and development.This article divided knowledge transfer efficiency into different dimensions and established a cubic model of knowledge transfer efficiency.Also,it compared influences of two control modes,formal control and social control,used in strategy alliance on different dimensions of knowledge transfer efficiency,and reached the following conclusion: social control is more efficient to promote knowledge transfer in strategy alliance.更多还原
