【摘要】 目的:探讨重症胸外伤救治中重症监护室(intensive care unitICU)监护及治疗的作用。方法:分析2000—07～2007—08在ICU监护和治疗的96例重症胸外伤临床资料,总结重症胸外伤ICU监护及治疗中的问题。结果:本组治愈率90.6%(87/96),死亡率9.4%(9/96),全组发生应激性溃疡4例(4.2%),急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome ARDS)8例(8.3%),多器官功能障碍综合征(multiple organ dysfunction syndrome MODS)9例(9.4%)。结论:ICU内严密的专科治疗和监护处理是治疗重症胸外伤最有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the role of the monitoring and treatment for patients with severe thoracic injury in Intensive Care Unit(ICU).Metheds:The clinical data of 96 patients with severe thoracic injury monitored and treated in ICU from July,2000 to August,2007 were reviewed,and some problems about the monitoring and treatment of patients with severe thoracic injury were analyzed.Results:The cure rate of all patients was 90.6%(87/96),the mortality was 9.4%(9/96),and the incidence of stress ulcer,ARDS and MODS were 4.2%,8.3% and 9.4%,respectively.Conclusion:The clinical treatment by the intensive care is the most useful method for severe thoracic injury.更多还原
