【摘要】 目的:探讨不同口腔鳞癌细胞的缺氧诱导因子-1α的表达水平,阐明口腔鳞癌细胞对5-FU的敏感性是否与其表达水平相关。方法:将OSC2、OSC4、OSC5、OSC6口腔鳞癌细胞培养并检测其缺氧诱导因子-1α的表达水平,利用MTT检测法检测各种细胞对5-FU不同浓度的生长抑制率。结果:OSC2和OSC4的缺氧诱导因子1α的表达水平明显低于OSC5和OSC6,OSC2和OSC4对顺铂的敏感性高于OSC5和OSC6,其生长受5-FU抑制明显。结论:缺氧诱导因子的表达水平与口腔鳞癌细胞对5-FU的敏感性相关,缺氧诱导因子可能成为肿瘤化疗药的新的分子靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To examine the relationship between the expression of HIF-1α and the sensitivity of oral squamous cells to 5-FU chemotherapy.Methods:The OSC2,OSC4 OSC5 and OSC6 cells were cultured and the expression of HIF-1α was respectively examined.The growth inhibiting rate to 5-FU was respectively examined by MTT assay.Results:Compared with OSC5 and OSC6,the expression of HIF-1α was lower in OSC2 and OSC4.The OSC2 and OSC4 were obviously inhibited by 5-FU.Conclusion:The sensitivity to 5-FU could be correlated with the expression of HIF-1α.HIF-1α could be potential molecular targets for chemotherapy drugs.更多还原
