【Abstract】 The structure of the pharmaceutical intermediate 7-TMCA and its position in the synthesis routes of several semi-antibiotics were briefed.The synthesis of cefoperazone from this intermediate was investigated,and the results demonstrated that 4.0 g 7-TMCA can be used to produce about 4.70 g cefoperazone water salt,its quality complies to ChP 2005 and its color remains unchanged(white) after six month exposition to air in the room temperature.更多还原
