【摘要】 国家自然科学基金,是衡量高等学校科技实力和学科建设水平的重要标志,提高其申请的中标率是高校科研管理部门和科研教师所面临的难题,也是科研管理者的重要职责和任务。从分析某高校2006年国家自然科学基金申请落选原因入手,针对评审专家的反馈意见,提出相应的对策,以期对科研教师和管理者提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)gain rate is one level symbol for science and technology and one discipline of colleges and universities.To improve the gain rate is a difficult problem of scientific research managers and teachers of colleges and universities,and also an important function or task of scientific research managers.In this article,the failure reasons for NSFC of a certain colleges and universities are analyzed.The corresponding measures are put forward aiming at the advice of the experts,in order to provide a reference to scientific research managers and teachers.更多还原
