区段小煤柱破坏规律及合理尺寸研究
Study on Failure Regularity and Reasonable Dimension of District Sublevel Small Coal Pillar
【摘要】 为了防止煤柱冲击地压现象、改善工作环境并提高回采率,采用现场观测法,分析了沿空掘巷小煤柱以及工作面煤体内应力变化、超前支承压力的影响范围,以及小煤柱煤巷变形破坏规律,并通过数值模拟分析了4种不同宽度煤柱的塑性区变化范围.结果表明,煤柱的破坏情况受煤柱宽度影响较大.小煤柱外边缘,即临近上区段采空区部分受回采影响已基本呈塑性状态;内边缘即靠近本区段煤体部分,在距工作面4 m左右开始进入塑性破坏状态;煤柱宽度在6~8 m之间时中部存在一定范围弹性核.适合崔庄煤矿条件合理区段煤柱宽度应为6~8 m.
【Abstract】 In order to prevent rock burst of coal pillars from taking place,improve working conditions,and increase recovery ratio,the stress change within small coal pillars and coal seams of working face was investigated by in-situ observation.According to the observation data,the influencing scope of advancing abutment and the deformation and failure rule of entry driving along gob-side were analyzed.The variation range of plastic area of 4 different coal pillar widths were also obtained by numerical simulation.The results show that the destruction of a small coal pillar is greatly affected by its width.The out edge of pillar,namely the area near the previous district sublevel goaf, has already been reached the plastic state.Another edge of the pillar,namely the area near the current district sublevel seam where the distance from working face is 4m will reach the plastic state under the effect of mining.There has a certain limit of elasticity core in the middle of the coal pillar when its width is 6~8 m.So the reasonable width of district sublevel small coal pillar suitable for Cuizhuang coal mine should be 6~ 8 m.
