膏体充填原材料水分与配比计量误差分析
Proportioning of Paste Backfilling Materials to Moisture and Its Allowable Measurement Error
【摘要】 固体废物膏体充填材料是在我国实施不迁村采煤的一种新型材料.此材料属于一种水与集料、胶结料三者混和凝固的材料,是绿色开采的关键技术之一,具有良好的发展前景.膏体充填材料的质量分数则是影响其性能的关键因素之一,而充填材料各个部分的计量误差和水分检测误差是影响其质量分数的两个主要因素.本文分析了原材料的水分测试与配比计量时的精度对质量分数影响的误差变化规律,从而求取生产材料时这两种测量仪器的允许误差.分析这两种因素对质量分数变化的影响,为实际生产中计量检测仪器的精度控制提供了依据,同时也为工程中动态的调节和控制充填材料各个部分的加量,保证材料的相对稳定提供了依据.
【Abstract】 Solid waste paste filling material is a new type of stuff applyied to non-village-relocation coal extraction.This material is composed of water,aggregate and cementation,and is one of key technologies in Green Mining,having a good development prospect.The mass concentration of the paste backfilling materials is one of the key factors affecting the performance of backfilling and the measurement error in raw materials and in moisture test are two main factors affecting the mass concentration.Therefore,the effect of accuracy in testing the moisture of raw materials on mass concentration was analyzed to find out the allowable errors so as to provide a foundation for practical production.
