【摘要】 目的:回顾分析埋入式种植体BLB种植系统修复缺牙的临床效果。方法:一期埋置式植入BLB种植体,对骨量不足者进行自体骨或人造骨粉移植及上颌窦提升以曾宽手术适应症。3个月X线复诊检查,5-6个月进行二期暴露的手术方式,二期手术两周后进行上部义齿修复。结果:对232人共412枚种植体追踪观察6个月-七年,有明确记录的共8枚种植体脱落,原因不明的2枚脱落,追踪观察修复体螺丝松动6枚,螺丝固位紧而冠与基台间出现转动2枚,种植体与基台连接处螺纹脱丝1枚,烤瓷冠崩瓷5枚。结论:BLB种植系统存留率达到98.05%,骨结合性能良好,是比较理想的种植系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate clinical result of BLB dental implant treatment.Methods:The implant were implanted in one-stage and To increase the quantity of the bone for expanded the adaptive diease used the artificial bone or sinus grafting-implantation. x-ray further consultation with doctor three month later . the two-stage procedures were used. PFM crowns were fabricated for these cases two weeks late. Results:412 pieces of implants were implanted in232 patients .All cases were followed up for six month to seven years.record definitely of 8 implants to shed off,the reason is unidentified 2 shed off ,screw to loosen to move 6 implants ,and so on. Conclusion:BLB implant system to save to stay a rate to attain 98.05%, the bone integration function is good, it is more and ideal to implant system.更多还原
