【摘要】 目的:总结应用游离腓骨肌(皮)瓣修复下颌骨缺损的经验。方法:根据32例患者下颌骨缺损的部位和特征,对腓骨肌瓣进行塑形,重建钛板固定,恢复下颌骨的形态和功能。结果:31例腓骨肌(皮)瓣修复下颌骨缺损患者获得成功,1例失败。结论:游离腓骨肌(皮)瓣是修复下颌骨缺损的一种理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the experience of using fibula free flap for reconstruction of mandibular defects.Methods:32 patients with some kinds of mandibular defects were reconstructed with fibula free flap.The fibula free flap were cut into segments and bent to appropriate shapes according to the features of the mandibular defects and fixed by the reconstruction titanium palate.Results:1 of 32 fibula free flap failed,the others were survived well.Conclusion:The fibula free flap was an ideal selection for the reconstruction of mandibular defects.更多还原
