【摘要】 目的:对比观察时辰化疗联合动脉化疗与常规化疗对口腔颌面部鳞癌的疗效和毒副作用。方法:49例口腔鳞癌患者,随机分为时辰化疗联合动脉化疗组24例,常规化疗组25例。比较卡铂联合5-Fu化疗2个疗程后两组的疗效和毒副作用。结果:联合组的疗效显著高于常规组(P<0.05);联合组的毒副作用发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:利用卡铂联合5-Fu作为化疗方案的时辰化疗联合动脉化疗治疗口腔颌面部鳞癌可减少毒副反应,提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect and toxicities of arterial chron-chemotherapy combined with routine-chemotherapy using carboplatin(CBP)and 5-fluorouracil(5-FU)for the patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods:49 patients with OSCC were randomly divided into two groups:24 cases of arterial chrono-chemotherapy group(group I)and 25 cases of routine-chemotherapy group(group II).Therapeutic effect and side effect between two groups were compared after two chemotherapy courses.Results:The effective rate of group I was significantly higher than that of group II(P<0.05);Toxicities incidence rate of group I was significantly lower than that of group II(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arterial chron-chemotherapy of CBP and 5-FU for the patients with OSCC can increase therapeutic effect and reduce toxicities incidence rate compared with routine-chemctherapy.更多还原
