【摘要】 目的:总结分析血管化游离肋骨瓣在下颌骨缺损中的应用体会。方法:回顾性分析10例于我科诊治并行肋骨瓣移植修复下颌骨缺损的病例资料,对其修复方法及治疗效果进行总结。结果:10例血管化游离肋骨瓣全部成活,下颌骨外形及功能恢复较好,仅1例出现术后咬合关系错乱。结论:对于下颌骨节段性缺损的修复,血管化游离肋骨瓣是一种较好的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the application of free vascularized rib flap in the reconstruction of mandibular defects.Methods:Ten cases(7 male and 3 female)who received mandibular reconstruction with free vascularized rib flaps in our hospital were studied retrospectively,and a conclusion was made to this method.Results:All ten vascularized rib flaps survived.The function and contour of the mandible were excellent.Conclusion:Free vascularized rib flap is a good method for the reconstruction of mandibular defect.更多还原
