【摘要】 目的探讨双颌板磁力矫治器对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)治疗效果。方法对确诊为OSAS的患者口腔内配戴双颌磁力矫治器,并在配戴前后用CT扫描观察患者上气道截面积的变化。结果观察组19例上气道截面积均有增大,最小值从0.80cm2增加到1.71cm2;口咽上部平均值由1.05cm2增加到1.92cm2。结论口腔双颌板磁力矫治器是治疗OSAS的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of the magnetic Twinblock appliance function on treatment of OSAS. Methods 19 patients with OSAS were included in the study and were fitted with modified Twinblock appliance. The changes of upper airway structure were obtained by CT before and after treatment. Results 19 patients responded to the appliance therapy.The results showed that there were significant increases in upper airway area (from 0.8 to 1.71 cm). The average increased from 1.5 to 1.92cm in upper oral-pharynx. Conclusion The magnetic Twinblock appliance can efficiently treat the OSAS.更多还原
