Background information about graduates and teaching quality of Kunming Medical College is collected through questionnaire-based interviews with graduates from the college and their administrative staff members in different hospitals.Based on the analysis of the data collected,it is shown that we could do better to improve the students' ability to practice and to be creative.It is also hoped that some evidence could be provided for Kunming Medical College to further its higher education and teaching reform.
