【摘要】 改革我国现行行业协会管理体制是理顺政会关系、营造行业协会健康的发展环境的必要条件。本文以政会关系理顺为行业协会管理体制改革起因,从法律角度介绍了我国行业协会管理体制的形成过程,然后结合中国实践分析了我国行业协会管理体制在操作层面存在的弊端,并以比较的视角分析了我国地方在行业协会管理体制三种典型的模式创新。最后,笔者研究了我国行业协会管理体制的未来趋势,为未来管理体制的改革提供借鉴和指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reform of the present management system(MS) of Trade Association(TA) is the prerequisite for harmonizing the relation between the government and TA as well as the construction of healthy development environment for TA.With the harmonization of the relation between the government and TA as the reason for MS reform of TA,this paper introduces the construction process of MS of TA from the perspective of law,analyses the malpractice of the MS of Chinese TA in combination with the practice in China and then elaborates on the three typical MS innovation modes in local areas of China.Finally the future trend of TA MS in China is researched with the purpose of providing a useful reference and guidance for the future reform of management system.更多还原
