超声波强化提取怀菊总黄酮的试验研究

【摘要】 目的:测定怀菊花中总黄酮的含量,为进一步开发利用菊花资源提供科学依据。方法:正交设计优选菊花中总黄酮的提取条件,用芦丁作对照品,硝酸铝作显色剂,测定波长在510nm处,比色法测定菊花中总黄酮含量。结论:优选提取条件是:A2C2B2;即用30mL70%的乙醇浸泡1.000g左右的菊花粉末12h,在超声波功率为150W的条件下,超声提取30min。

【Abstract】 The objective of the experiment is to quantify the content of the total flavones and provide scientific basis for further developing and using rich Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat resources. The experimental method is using rutin as contrast and aluminium nitrate as colorimetric reagent, detected by colorimetric wavelength at 510nm. The results showed that sample was marinated for 12h with 70% alcohol, and then extracted by ultrasonic waves for 30min is the optimum extraction conditions. So we can get the Conclusions that there are abundant compounds of total flavones in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat and it has strong anti-oxidant activity. Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat is valuable to develop and research into.
