【Abstract】 The nature of justice process is to restrict the abuse of public right.This paper starts from the right requests for relevant punishment process of breaching the principle in new "Supervision Regulation for College Students".It sets forth the significance and basic principles of adhering to justice process for the punishment of college students who breach the principle and proposes a frame for establishing survey and hearing of witnesses systems in order to improve the nomocracy.更多还原
