六杆传动机构的设计与研究
Design and Culculation on Six-Pole Drive Mechanism
【摘要】 研究六杆机构的运动关系及工作行程中速度的波动情况,选取设计变量、建立滑块速度的目标函数;为使机构具有良好的传动特性、较小的反向冲击,确定了双曲柄条件、压力角条件、急回约束、反向加速度约束等约束条件,该六杆机构的滑块行程可调、工作速度平稳、急回特性好。
【Abstract】 We have researched the moving relation and its speed waviness during a working process of the six-pole mechanism,choiced the design variables,established the aiming function of the slider speed.To make the mechanism having a good driving characteristics,and having smaller reverse impact,we have determined the double-crank condition,pressure angle condition,emergent returning restraint and reverse acceleration restraint condition and so on.The six-pole mechanism have been its slider stroke is adjustable,working speed is stable and its emergent returning characteristic is excellent.
