【摘要】 简要分析了德国的电子商务发展现状,并讨论了德国电子商务的发展原因、制约因素以及发展趋势。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the present developing situation of E-commence in Germany,and discusses the development reasons,restricting factors and developing trends of E-commence in Germany.
