【摘要】 阐述了博客发展的现状,分析了高校图书馆创建博客的有利条件,提出了博客在高校图书馆的应用。

【Abstract】 This paper expounds the present situation of Blog development, analyzes the advantages of university library in establishing the Blog, and advances the application of Blog in university library.
