【摘要】 分析了科技查新在科研工作中发挥的作用以及科研人员对科技查新的认知现状,探讨了使科研人员重视科技查新的措施。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the functions of sci-tech novelty retrieval in sci-tech research and the present cognition situation of sci-tech researchers to the sci-tech novelty retrieval, and probes into some measures for making sci-tech researchers pay attention to the sci-tech novelty retrieval.
