掺合料技术应用于道路碾压混凝土的发展方向
Development tendency of admixture technology applied in roller compacted concrete for road engineering
【摘要】 道路碾压混凝土是一种新型筑路材料,有助于缓解当前我国建设需求与建设资金、资源的矛盾,在路基路面工程中具有较好的应用前景。分析碾压混凝土在我国道路建设应用的基础上,综合国内外最新研究成果与工程实践经验,结合对高掺量粉煤灰道路碾压混凝土、磨细矿渣粉道路碾压混凝土、硅灰道路碾压混凝土等的试验研究结论,论述了掺合料技术应用于道路碾压混凝土的发展方向。
【Abstract】 Roller compacted concrete is one of new road engineering materials, and it is helpful for solving the conflicts among our country’s requirements for construction, funds and resources for construction. So it has a bright future in road-base and road-surface engineering. The paper analyzes the application of roller compacted concrete in the road construction of our country, and summarizes the recent achievements in study and experience from engineering practice. It synthesizes author’s experiment conclusion for roller compacted concrete mixing high volume of fly ash, fine slag powder and silica fume respectively. Development directions of admixture technology applied in roller compacted concrete for road engineering are illustrated.
