无机填料对制动摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响

【摘要】 通过实验,研究了重晶石、蛭石和泡沫铁粉三种常用填料对制动摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:三种填料的含量变化对材料摩擦系数影响不大,但对磨损率有一定的影响;重晶石在高温区时(250~300℃)磨损率稳定,蛭石磨损率较低,而泡沫铁粉的磨损率相对较大。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the effects of three fillers(barite,vermiculite and porous iron powder) on friction and wear properties of braking friction materials are analyzed.The results showed that the friction coefficients of materials with different content of the fillers are not significantly affected,but wear rates are affected remarkably.In the range of 250~300℃,the wear rate of the material with barite is comparativel steady.The wear rate of material with vermiculite is the lowest and it is decreased with increase of vermiculite content.But,relatively speaking,the wear rate of the material with porous iron powder is higher.
