【摘要】 目的制备植物甾醇凝胶,并进行质量控制。方法以卡波姆-940、甘油为基质,制备植物甾醇凝胶,并用分光光度法测定其含量,进行稳定性考察。结果所得凝胶质量稳定,含量准确,平均加样回收率为97.42%,RSD=0.88%(n=6)。结论该制剂处方简单,质量控制方法可靠,为一种理想的医院制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the preparation and quality control of phytosterol gel.Methods Preparing phytosterol gel with the base of carbomer-940 and glycerine,then gel was determined by absorption spectrometry,and the stability was studied.Results The gel was stable and content was accurate;the average recovery was 97.42% and RSD was 0.88%(n=6).Conclusion The prescription was simple and the method for quality control was convenient.更多还原
