【摘要】 目的客观评价中药糖脂平胶囊对糖耐量低减(IGT)转化为2型糖尿病的影响。方法采用随机双盲对照的试验方法,对按照WHO诊断标准确诊的210例IGT患者进行前瞻性研究。随机分为3组(安慰剂组、糖脂平组、阿卡波糖组),在进行一般生活方式干预基础上,分别给予安慰剂、糖脂平、阿卡波糖干预治疗,观察2年,观察指标:口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)、体重指数、血压、血脂、胰岛素抵抗指数。结果安慰剂组空腹血糖(FPG)、OGTT后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)均有上升,平均每年糖尿病发病率为11.72%;阿卡波糖组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c显著下降,平均每年糖尿病的发病率为3.18%,与安慰剂组比较发生2型糖尿病相对危险率降低72.87%;糖脂平组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c和IR显著下降,平均每年糖尿病的发病率为5.39%,与安慰剂组比较发生2型糖尿病相对危险率降低54.01%。结论表明糖脂平胶囊具有降低空腹血糖、餐后血糖、改善胰岛素抵抗的作用,可明显降低IGT转化为2型糖尿病的危险率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the influence of Tangzhiping Capsules on the conversion from impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) to type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method The prospective study was conducted by the random two-blind control experience in 210 IGT cases diagnosed according to WHO standard. The cases were randomly divided into 3 groups and were treated with placebo (group 1), Tangzhiping Capsules (group 2) and Acarbose (group 3) respectively and observed for 2 years based on the interference of life style.The observation indexes included the indexes of OGTT, BMI, blood pressure, blood fat and insulin resistance (IR).Result In group 1 the indexes of FPG, 2hPG of OGTT, HbA1c and IR were all increased significantly and the average annual morbidity of diabetes was 11.72 %.In group 3 the indexes of FPG, 2hPG of OGTT and HbA1c were all decreased significantly and the average annual morbidity of diabetes was 3.18 %.The relative risk rate of group 3 was decreased by 72.87 % compared with that of group 1.In group 2 the indexes of FPG, 2hPG of OGTT, HbA1c and IR were all decreased significantly and the average annual morbidity of diabetes was 5.39 %.The relative risk rate of group 2 was decreased by 54.01 % compared with that of group 1.Conclusion Tangzhiping Capsules can decrease the indexes of FPG and 2hPG, improve IR and induce significantly the relative risk rate of conversion from IGT to diabetes.更多还原
